This is a 100% new long block for the 3.6 liter Pentastar engine. Introduced in 2016 as the Pentastar Upgrade Engine.

This is a new long block. It will not come with valve covers, nor will an oil pan or intake manifold be included. The pictures of this motor clearly show what is and what is not included. Any questions, please inquire.
It's recommended that you buy a long block gasket kit with this engine, P/N 68361495AA. Since it is brand new powertrain from Chrysler, no gasket package is included. The only thing that comes with this motor is the oil cooler, 68596318AB. You will have to swap the sensor from your old cooler over to the new one.
If you provide me with information regarding your VIN and mileage, there is a 3 Year 100,000 Mile warranty that comes with this piece of powertrain. If it is installed by a repair facility, parts and labor are covered. If it is installed by yourself personally, all parts are covered by the warranty. If it is installed by a Chrysler dealer, parts & labor & towing are covered by the warranty.
